Work Health and Safety Policy

At Prime WorkForce, safety is our number one priority to ensure that we as an employer and our employees (office and labour hires) are compliant with WHS.

We are constantly in contact with our employees and contractors to ensure they communicate in an effective and meaningful manner on any Work Health and Safety issues that may arise on site.

We ensure that all our workers and contractors are aware of their obligations for Work Health & Safety in areas under their control.

Some of the things we do to ensure compliance include:

Prime WorkForce ensures employees safety and safe environment.

  • Site Inspections to ensure that the site is being compliant with WHS and that our staff are working safely in a safe environment.
  • Liaise with eachclient in relation to job specific SWMS.
  • Employees are briefed on the process for reporting hazards.
  • Employees are briefed on the process for incident reporting, a record of all incidents are kept as part of our incident process.

Environmental Management Policy

Prime WorkForce values the natural environment and we are committed to minimising adverse impacts through a consistent implementation of an effective environmental management solution.

  • On-going improvement to our environment management system;
